Meet The Team
Gemma has spent 13 years at the top of the design industry, spanning across the UK and Australia, before founding her own company in start of 2022. Within the first year of trading, Cúpla has completed 6 projects.
Gemma's rapid rise through the industry resulted in her being appointed Design Director at the age of 32. She has headed teams which completed hotel and private residences in Europe and Australia for world recognisable brands.
Andrew joined culpa in August 2022, after 10 years in the industry which has been split between the UK and Netherlands. His expertises are across multiple disciplines within the industry from concept creation and detailed drawing packages.
Andrew assists manage the design team on a daily basis and works closely with the design director to ensure projects are delivered to the
highest standard.
Samara joined April 2022 when Cupla was 4 months old. She has 4 years experience post graduation with an additional years experience included in her studies, designing across hospitality and high-end residential projects.
Bogdan joined Cúpla in October 2023, he is an interior architect with experience in hospitality, residential and commercial projects. He specialises in 3d modelling and rendering.
